I’ve been looking forward to writing this review for Vineyard Car Hire since I first began the reservation process. We could not have had a better experience! They were completely helpful and accommodating with each change we made, which were several. The whole process was seamless, and each person we interacted with couldn’t have been friendlier. They were also great about giving us clear directions, both verbally and written on the return process. If I had to pick the best company I’ve EVER worked with, it would be Vineyard Car Hire. Excellent service throughout our car rental. Booking was easy and email correspondence was answered promptly and helpfully. The car was delivered to our hotel with the handover handled quickly but efficiently and pleasantly, with the car checked over, the controls explained, and the drop off at the airport explained. The car was very good, exactly as ordered, clean and low mileage.Drop off was also good with the directions taking us easily and directly to the drop off point. We also appreciated the refuelling policy where they refill the car as required with no service charge and at cost. Overall a very good and stress free experience. ~ dave d

Piccola agenzia di noleggio, dal servizio eccezionale! Possibilità di consegna dell’auto in un posto prestabilito (nel nostro caso direttamente in hotel dove soggiornavamo) ad un piccolo costo in più. Riconsegna comodissima in aeroporto.
